Mr. Chayan Sarkar is a Partner at KIAA International LLC, Dubai, and an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. He has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, insolvency, real estate, corporate, and criminal matters, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and various High Courts across India.
