Mr. Ballegh Hamdi is an Attorney at KIAA International LLC, Dubai and a Certified Legal consultant at the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department.

With experience in legal practice and consultancy since 2014, I hold a bachelor’s degree in law from the Arab Republic of Egypt (2013) and a master’s degree in law (2017). I have been practicing law and providing legal consultations since 2014 in Egypt, and since 2017 in the United Arab Emirates. I have gained extensive legal expertise through my work with prominent law firms in the UAE.

• Specialized in real estate, commercial, civil litigation, and contracts, as well as corporate matters including establishment, organization, and governance.
