Almas holds an LL.B. in Law from Kuwait International Law School and is an Executive Attorney at Almas International Attorneys, Consultants, and Arbitrators. She is licensed to plead before the courts of Kuwait as a member of the Kuwait Lawyers Association, and works closely with UAE-based businesses and investors on matters involving corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate, and arbitration.

She is also an internationally recognized arbitrator, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and serves as an arbitrator and conciliator at the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center and Chamber of Commerce. Her affiliations include the European Court of Arbitration and the Kuwait Arbitration Center, where she serves as a board member appointed by the Kuwait Lawyers Society.
